I lost all of my data that I manually inputted into the app. Please help get it back!

Let me share details about how to get your transactions back in your QuickBooks Online account. 

We regret to inform you that QuickBooks has no way to recover a deleted transaction. However, using the Audit Log, you can recover the details of the deleted transaction and re-enter it.

1. Go to Settings ⚙.
2. Select Audit Log.
3. From the Filter ▼ dropdown menu, select the appropriate user, date, and event(s).
4. Select Apply.
5. Locate the deleted transaction. 
6. Under the History column, select View.
7. All the information needed for the transaction is available under the Event column.
8. Re-enter the transactions with their original transaction date.

If you can't see any information within the Audit log, I recommend calling our support team to investigate the error you encountered.

Here's how to call our support team:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
4. Enter a brief discussion about the lost data, then click Continue.
5. Choose a way to connect with us: Ask the community, Start a chat or Get a callback.
