Thanks for coming here, Livvys twists.

I'd like to share some insights about changing changing the home address in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

As long as the Multicurrency feature is turned off, you can still change your Home Currency. However, if it's enabled, modifying your home currency will no longer be possible. This is to refrain from messing up your account especially when making adjustments in the sales tax.

To verify this setup, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. If it's showing Off status, click the Edit icon in the Currency section.
  4. Choose your Home Currency (NGN - Nigerian Naira).
  5. Click Save, then Done.

Feel free to check out this article in case you'll want to know more about Home Currency adjustments: Frequently Asked Questions about Home Currency Adjustments.

You're always welcome to post if you additional questions. Wishing you and your business continued success.

@Livvys twists

Make sure you have open an account of QBO Global version for Nigeria, not QBO US version.
