I passed the 4 sections of the exam but I couldn't download the certificate.

Congratulations on passing the exam, Gemma. Let me share some information about downloading your certificate.

 

You should be able to download your certificate within 60 minutes of passing your exam. Here's how to do it:

 

  1. Go to ProAdvisor.
  2. Select Training.
  3. Look for the certification.
  4. Select Download certificate.
  5. QuickBooks will download a folder to your computer. You can then find your certification and badges in the downloaded folder.

 

However, if you encounter an error message stating, "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable," when downloading your certificate, please be aware that our engineers are conducting an ongoing investigation and working to resolve this. If this is the case, I recommend contacting our Technical Support to include you in the list of affected users and for you to receive updates.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  3. Proceed to the Assistant tab.
  4. Type "contact support" into the chat box and press Enter.
  5. Select QuickBooks Online Support, then click Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Click Ask about something else, then enter a short description of your concern.
  7. Choose between Have us call you or Start a Chat.
