Question

ICICI Bank, current account transactions are not downloading for past 3 days. Have not changed my password.. Please rectify, thanks

I've checked our records and haven't seen any open cases the same as yours. Girishk1963. Let's get the transactions downloaded. 

 

Let's update the account manually to refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

  1. Click Transactions.
  2. Go to Banking.
  3. Select the account, then click Update.

If it's still not downloading, let's check the bank's website. Any alerts or maintenance can block the transactions to be uploaded.
