In qbo spanish version I can not see the undo previous reconciliation

The option to undo a previous reconciliation is only available to QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA). You'll need an accountant to undo the reconciliation at once. Let me guide you how.

In your QuickBooks Online (QBO):

1. Go to My Accountant menu.
2. Type in the email of your accountant in the Invite field and click Invite.
3. Enter the needed information, then click Save.

On the other hand, you can also unreconciled an account. But, you'll have to do it manually. Before doing so, I recommend reaching out to your accountant for expert advice on doing this. This way, you'll be guided accordingly.
