Invoice and Statement Discrepancy

Hi, we are a Singaporean company and would like to inquire about the discrepancy between the invoice and bank statement for our QuickBooks subscription payments. We signed up with QuickBooks in SGD, so there shouldn't be any difference between the invoice and the transaction in the bank. We signed up directly with QuickBooks as a merchant.

To address this issue immediately, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so they can provide the necessary details for the breakdown of your subscription payments. The process requires us to open your account, which I’m unable to perform here in the Community to protect your security because it's a public forum. Here’s how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the ? Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion about your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.
