When I create a new template, if effects the content of the other templates.

What's the point of being able to create different templates if they are not unique? This makes no sense. Quickbooks has been around forever. Why is it so basic and limited???

Good day, @jpalombo.

Upon checking on my end, I didn't receive the same results on my other templates. You can check out the screenshots below for your reference:

It's possible that too much cache accumulated in the browser might be the cause of the issue. This can be the reason why the customization of your new template affects others.

To isolate the issue, I'd suggest running some basic troubleshooting steps. This way, we can verify if the problem is related to a cache issue. Let's start by accessing your account using a private window. Simply press the following shortcut keys to open this mode:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox ).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

If it works, let's clear your browser's cache to delete temporarily stored files and free some space on your browser. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to be thorough.

You can always get back into this post if you have more questions about your templates. I'll keep an eye out for your response. Keep safe.
