Welcome to the Community, @yuharrylee.

Let me share information about uploading documents to QuickBooks Online.

Before we proceed, I would like to know some details about your concern.

What kind of document are you trying to upload? What type of file are you using? Did you encounter an error message in uploading? I would also love to have a screenshot or any additional information.

If you are uploading CSV file, check the following so that QuickBooks can read the data.

  1. Delete columns you don't need from your CSV to avoid any confusion. The columns that are required by QuickBooks are date, description and amount.
  2. Change the names of the columns in your CSV to match the titles in QuickBooks.
  3. Currency symbols and commas: it is best to keep the amounts column as simple as possible.
  4. Special characters in the bank description can prevent you from importing your file.
  5. Check the date format to make sure it matches the one you chose at the mapping stage.

When ready, you can read this article to help you review imported bank and credit card transactions and ensure your accounts are accurate: Categorise online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
