Is there an issue with the Apps section? Mine is missing and shows a 404 Page not found!

When I click on the "Discover Apps" link in my dashboard, I receive the 404 error. The section for apps in the left menu column is missing.

Let me provide some information about the error you’re experiencing in the Apps section.


The unexpected behavior you encountered is already reported to our engineers. They’re working towards finding a permanent solution to get the Apps menu to show on the left panel again.


I want to ensure you’re in the loop about the progress of the investigation. Thus, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Support Team. Our specialists will help you sign up to the list of affected users to receive email updates.


Here’s how:

 

  1. In your QBO company, tap the Help menu and choose the Assistant tab.
  2. Go to the Type something box to enter the issue or topic. For example, Error 404.
  3. Select the Contact Support Team menu to view more details.
  4. This action will take you to the How would you like to connect with us? window.
  5. Then click the Start a chat menu.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
  7. Make sure to provide the following number to our specialists to speed up the process: INV-62879.

Alternatively, visit the QuickBooks Apps Center to look for a third-party application that suits your business needs. If you’re able to find one, connect it from there.

Try opening your QBO account on private/incognito browser.

Anyway, what kind of 3rd party app do you need?
