issue with login

Greeting,

i just register with quickbooks and the payment its showing pending in my credit card  account , and cannot login the no company found in my portal and not product or billing show in my intuit account no customer service available to contact them

I'll make sure you're able to log in and seamlessly access your data in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

It's possible that there might be a delay in processing your subscription. Give it some more time and try again later. You can refresh the page by pressing the F5 key or using your browser's refresh button. You may also review your account status by following these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) as a primary admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then Account and settings.
  3. Select Billing & subscription.
  4. Review the information in each section.
  5. To view payment history: In the QuickBooks Online tile, select View payment history. Your billing history shows the last 6 months’ bills.

 

Moreover, errors can occur due to temporary glitches. Cached data can also interfere with the proper functioning of web applications. These files are stored to help websites load faster when you revisit them. Clearing them will do the trick.

 

First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

 

  • Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Firefox: Ctrl Shift + P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If it works, you may have accumulated too much historical data in your browser. I'd recommend clearing its cache so you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported browser to see if the issue persists.
