Mobile phone compatability

we are using Quickbooks Time in New Zealand for a horticultural business. We are finding that some mobile phones are incompatible with this app specifically Go Edition Androids. Has anyone had this problem and is there any way it can be resolved?

You should install the trial version of another time tracking app to compare.

The QuickBooks Time mobile time tracking app is available for Android and iOS. Since the Go Edition is a stripped-down version of the Android operating system, I recommend contacting Google Support. You can verify from them if this type is compatible with the QuickBooks Time mobile app.
