Dear quick book 

 

i stopped by susbsiciption since last month from the application and do not like to proceed with the app yet the app has take 16 USD this month from my Visa account although i have stopped the subscription to your services my email is [email address removed]

I want to make sure someone can help you with your billing concern. If you are billed again for an inactive service, it could be that the subscription wasn't cancelled successfully. Another reason could be, another service linked to your account that is still active.

  1. Go to the Help menu then select Contact us.
  2. Enter the keyword Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  3. Press Let's talk.
  4. On the next screen, scroll down to the Choose a way to connect with us section.
  5. Choose Chat to initiate a discussion with a live agent.
  6. When using the messaging option, make sure to enable pop-up windows. The chat box will appear at the bottom right section of your monitor, and an agent will be with you after filling in the information needed. 

 

Provide the details to our representative so they can check on everything for you.
