You can do a customer credit when a customer returned an item. Make sure to list the item, qty, and amount. This will return the item to your stock.

While the option to create a credit note or credit memo in the mobile app, you'll want to sign in using the web browser.

Here's how:

1. Go to + New > Credit note.
2. Add the customer and the stock information.
3. Click Save and close.
