Need to extract data for a company who's subscription has ended, while logging in there is no information on how to download data or view the books of accounts pls help

Before anything else, when did this company’s subscription end? Was it canceled for more than a year? If so, you're now unable to download any information or view your books. Please know that QuickBooks Online (QBO) only holds your data for a year of read-only access and 90 days for a trial subscription. After that, we delete it.

On the other hand, if it’s less than a year, make sure to log in as an admin user. This way, you can see the books successfully. If the same thing happens, you can perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve this.

First, open your QBO account in a private or incognito window to determine if it's related to a browser issue. Here are the shortcut keys below for quick navigation:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Once logged in, check if you're able to view the files. If yes, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Doing this helps the program to run smoothly. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
