NON POSTING TRANSACTIONS ON SALES

Welcome to QuickBooks Community space, Sustainafricagroup. I'm glad to share about the non-posting transactions.
 

Non-posting transactions are saved in the system but do not contribute to the overall totals in reports. They do not affect the customer's balance. The non-posting transactions in QuickBooks Online include Estimates, Delayed Credit, Delayed Charges,  and Expenses to be billed to a customer.

If you want to get the lists of non-posting transactions recorded in your books, you can run the Transaction List by Customer Report. Then, customise it to Non-Posting. Here's how:

1. Go to the Report menu and search for Transaction List by Customer.
2. Click the Customize button.
3. In the Filter section, tick the Transaction Type box. Then, select Non-Posting.
4. Hit Run report.
