Not able to download quick book data for list. getting reject as "Some of your files were too big to export" please help. its urgent

Hi there, nyati. I have all the information that you'll find helpful about the error you encountered when exporting data from QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The error message occurs when a report exceeds the size limits applied to reports generated within the program. The following are the size limits for columns, cells, and data:
 

• Maximum of 1024 columns displayed
• Maximum 400k cells with data
• Maximum 10MB worth of data

You may consider eliminating columns you don't need to be displayed. 

Here's how:

1. Open the report you would like to export.
2. Select Customize at the top of the report.
3. Select Rows/Columns, then choose Change Columns.
4. Put a checkmark on your selected columns and uncheck to remove the others.
5. Click Run report.
6. Click the Export icon to export the data to Excel.
