Nothing is working after update

Here are the problems I have with Quickbooks that needs to be fix:

1. I need the Quickbook Online interface in English, not Chinese
2. Gear Icon -> Account -> "Advance" Tab is gone
3. "https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/appcenter/myapps" is not accessible from my end

 

Anyone has the same problem as me?

Hi loganso,

 

The English language is always an option in QuickBooks Online except for Francais accounts. Let me help you check this out.

 

You could just be experiencing a delay in your browser when you access the Advanced setting. Please try accessing it again and reloading your webpage by pressing F5 (Windows) or Command R (Mac). If the same thing happens, please do the basic browser troubleshooting steps below.

 

  1. Open an incognito or private browser. This steps disables extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history,
    • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
    • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
    • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.
  2. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  3. Access the Advanced settings again and change the language.

 

 

If you can change the language, clear your cached data. If not, please use a different browser to isolate the case.

 

You can also check about editing  your company settings to give you an overview about the other things that you can adjust, especially for sales and expenses.
