Pass description text with invoice in quickbook
I have 2 types of notes for an invoice order on my system. I want to pass it to the quickbook by attching with the invoice. I find there is "Customer message" and "Notes" fileds in an invoice.
Please help me in understanding these.
1. Can i pass my 2 notes to quickbook and save it there in these 2 fileds? If yes, which macros should i use while building the XML?
2. Can we make any customisation on the invoice template on QB, If i require more than 2 notes to be saved for an invoice?
