On the other hand, you can contact our Live agent support by hitting the Help button in your QuickBooks Online. Please note that our Support Team is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 PM, (GMT +8).

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us. 
2. Type your concern in the box and hit Let's talk. 
3. Select Get a call or start a chat to get an expert within 3-5 mins. 
4. Complete the needed information and submit the request.
