While we're unable to make phone calls in the Community, I'll guide you through checking your payment history so you'll be able to check the date of your last payment. QuickBooks keeps the payment data for the last 6 months. You can also update your payment method in this section.

1. Select the Gear icon at the top.
2. Choose Account and Settings.
3. Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
4. Choose the View Payment History hyperlink.

If you pay annually, you can get in touch with our Chat team. They can ask for your account details in a more secure environment and check your billing history.

1. Click on Help.
2. Choose the Search tab and then Contact Us.
3. Enter something like billing inquiry and click Continue.
4. Select Chat with us.
