QBO Certification

How can my team members get QBO certified. Since I'm already QBO certified and a ProAdvisor, when I go to the Training tab in ProAdvisor, the QuickBooks Online Certification shows "Certified" so the team member cannot take the exam.

Thanks for visiting us here today. I'll share some information about making your team member certified. You'll have to add your team member first to make sure they can access your QuickBooks Online Accountant. 

 

After that, follow these steps to take the exam.

 

  1. Go to the ProAdvisor tab.
  2. Choose Training.
  3. From the Certification tab, look for the certification and then click Take Exam.
