QBO Worst Support I've Ever Seen
I don't know what to do anymore.
I just spent 4 hours on the phone trying to solve an issue, only for the agent to disconnect. I was transferred a total of 5 times. Started with QBO support, then they said I needed payroll, then Payroll sent me back to QBO, then back to Payroll then back to QBO and then they told me to contact support tomorrow because they were closing. This is the worst experience I have ever had as a business or a consumer.
No email address to even write to. A complete waste of time and money.
