1. You can purchase a 3rd party service to convert data directly from QBD 2014 to QBO Global version. You can contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for details.

2. Upgrade your file to QB Desktop 2022 Enterprise or newer. You can use the trial version for good to access your historical data. Then you will start from scratch in QBO to lower your conversion costs.
