Hi. A company named Fruit and Veggies Group of Companies Limited has 3 subsidiaries "
1)Everything Carrots Limited

2)Everything Tomatoes Limited

3) Everything Bananas Limited

Is there a Quickbooks Online Subscription Plan that would support one subscription account for Fruit and Veggies Group of Companies Limited , but would allows us to manage and perform transactions on the accounts of our 3 subsidiaries  where each subsidiary had its own chart of accounts and accounting system?

Thanks.

Hi there, @kajun98.

Thanks for your interest in getting QuickBooks Online for your business. I'm here to share some information about having multiple company files to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.

You can have multiple companies under your QuickBooks Online account. Each company you add will be a separate paid subscription, but you’ll access them all with the same login info. This lets you quickly switch between companies so you can manage everything more efficiently. Here's how:

  1. Visit the QuickBooks pricing page and select the subscription you want.
  2. If you recently signed in to QBO, you’ll be asked to confirm the account you want to sign in with. If this is the account you want to use for the new company file, select Yes, that’s correct. If not, you’ll see a page asking you to create an Intuit account. Don't fill this out, unless you want to manage the new company file with a new email address and account. Below "Buy QuickBooks Online" select Add another company.
  3. Sign in with the Intuit ID and password you already use to sign in to QuickBooks.

Follow the onscreen instructions to create your new company file. Then you're ready to go.

Once the new account is created, you can follow the steps in this article on how to switch or toggles between companies: How Do I Switch Companies?.

Additionally, I've attached some articles you can utilize to help manage your QBO subscriptions:
