Thanks for reaching out to us, penchalareddygp.

I can share some troubleshooting steps that can help fix this issue. Also, we've removed your company Id from your posts to protect your personal information.

Are you trying to file your GSTR-1 report in the GST portal? If so, you can open your QuickBooks Online account using a private window to determine if this is a browser-related issue.

There are times that your browser becomes full of frequently accessed page resources causing the filing problems. Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.

  • For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If it's now working well,  clear your regular browser's cache to start over fresh. However, if you still get the same results, I recommend switching to a different browser to further isolate the issue.

I've added an article to view different details on how GST works in QBO: How GST impacts QuickBooks users.
