Report shows figures in two currencies: Salaries in Uganda Shilling and other accounts in USD (Base currency)

My colleague recently cleaned and started over the Chart of Accounts for our organisation. Now when she runs a report like the BVA (budget versus Actual)  figures are in two currencies. In the reports, staff salaries appear in Uganda Shilling and other accounts in USD (which is the base currency). This messes up all balances and reports. What can she do?

Note that all transactions are posted in Uganda shillings. What can she do?

Are you using QBO US version or QBO Global version for Uganda?

If you are using QBO Global version for Uganda, why did you change the home currency to USD?

Dear @Fiat Lux - ASIA  The parent organization is in US and that is why we use US Version! Before all reports were converted in the base currency (USD) but now  since she created a new Chart of Account salaries are not converted. Do you have any suggestion?

Hello, Charleskaro.

Reports would normally follow the base or home currency. So, I'd like to dig a little deeper into the issue.

Can you shed some light on the new Chart of Accounts? Were these imported from another software or spreadsheet? Also, what accounts are affected shown on the reports?

I'd appreciate it if you could provide more details about this so that I can lay down the necessary steps.
