Dear Team,

I asked you before about the new requirement in KSA for electronic invoice and you reply to us as on the below and we need your update.

"We have been asking our clients in KSA to wait until the end of October. If Intuit does not offer any improvements to comply with the next regulation, we will recommend our clients migrating their data to another accounting app"

Best Regards,

Hi there, @finance-ssct-com.

I understand the importance of creating an invoice that will meet the new requirements for electronic invoicing. The structure of the invoice template for Saudi Arabia's Electronic Invoice Format and Regulations isn't yet available in the system. For now, I recommend looking for a third-party application that you can integrate with QBO to comply with the new regulations.

Rest assured that our engineering team is looking into this and aims to be compliant with the rules of the tax agencies. While waiting for some updates, you may review this article to learn more about managing invoices in QBO: Create invoices. It also covers some information on how to enhance invoices and receive payments.

Thanks for your patience while we work on the implementation of the new invoice regulation. If you have follow-up questions, feel free to get back to this thread. I'll be happy to assist you again.

Can you suggest an alternative for this issue? Is it going to be implemented on QuickBooks or not?

@saadaleem

I don't think so. You need additional apps as a workaround. Check you private message. Hope it helps.
