To ensure that this will be taken care of the soonest, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team by going to the Help icon. One of our representatives will pull up your account in a secure environment and review your QBO plan. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Select I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Choose Send a message to start a conversation.
