Hello there, @skeashy-googlema. I'm here to ensure you'll be able to connect your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO) smoothly.

Before we begin, may I know the specific bank you're having trouble with? This information is a great help so I can provide you with a timely solution.

In the meantime, I'd suggest reaching out to your bank to confirm any maintenance update or request to establish a connection with QBO. If everything is fine, ensure to select the correct bank name when connecting the account.

However, if confirmed that everything is fine on your bank's end, you can perform basic browser troubleshooting steps to determine if it is a browser-related issue. Let's start with accessing your QBO account on an incognito mode to have a clean slate. Private browsers do not store cache and data files that might cause issues when running websites. Below are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

Once signed in, connect your bank again. If this works, clear the cache of your regular browser. This will remove old files to refresh the background processes of your browser. If the same thing happens, you can use another supported browser. To optimize your QBO experience, we always have to ensure that your system meets the required requirements to run the program.

On the other hand, you can manually upload your bank transactions to QBO. This is easy if the file is in CSV format.

It's also recommended to regularly review your accounts in QBO to make sure the amounts match your real-life bank and credit card statements.

Drop a reply below for additional information you can provide about connecting your bank to QBO. I'll be always around to assist you further. Have a great day ahead.
