Allow me to provide you some information about downloading invoices, a_abouelkhair-ca.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't need a user name and a password when downloading an invoice. You'll have to make sure that the system you're using doesn't restrict you when downloading files. Also, ensure you have a PDF Viewer so you'll be able to view, print, and annotate PDF files. Invoices are downloaded only as PDF file.

You may want to print or email multiple sales forms by batch, visit this article for more information: Email or print multiple invoices and sales forms. In addition, QuickBooks Online offers variety of reports that you can use to show the information you need. Please check out this article for your guidance: Run Reports In QuickBooks Online.

Reach out to us if there's anything else you need with your invoices. I'll always be here to help you.
