Question

When I purchased quick books, it has been mentioned that yearly renewal is 3500 INR. But now I have been intimated to pay 8000INR. is it possible to renew at old price?

I have another account for which I have paid only 1500INR as annual subscription. Will I get discount for both the accounts?

You may try this workaround to lower your cost. Explore and utilize a 3rd party tool to migrate data between QBO accounts.

https://transactionpro.grsm.io/qbo

Then you can open a new QBO account to proceed with current discounted rate.

If you are able to run this process once, you may repeat it every year if required.

Good luck!

Explore Chronobooks to copy your data between QBO accounts. Once you are ready to proceed, open a new QBO account.

Hello,

Can you let us know whether we can renew it at #500/.  Now the amount for renewal is shown as Rs. 8000.

Welcome to QuickBooks Community space, @1231 4607 6938 024.

I’d like to help and get this addressed right away. However, it'll require me to look into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account which I’m unable to do for security reasons

I suggest contacting our Renewal Team to securely check your account. There, they can provide some information on why you’re being charged Rs.8000 and assist you further on how to renew your account back at Rs.500.

To reach them, you can refer to the number provided by my colleague svaishnavi above.

Once settled, I recommend checking our QuickBooks Self Help page for future reference. Here, you can browse a topic about QBO that can guide you in your future tasks.

Let me know if you have other concerns with your QBO subscription. I’m more than happy to lend a hand.
