Why does the renewal take till 21 to 24? 3 years?

When I want to renew it takes me to a razorpay page, where it says the max amount is Rs. 36000 and the renewal start date is 8th April 2021 and ends on 14 April 2024. the rate of yearly subscription is less than Rs. 6000. Why is QB taking 3 years committment when I want to do it year OR year?

Thank you for choosing QuickBooks as your accounting software. QuickBooks Online India has transferred to a new billing system. 

 

Since the subscription renewal showing for 3 years. I'd suggest contacting our customer support team, they'll be able to up your account and help you with the renewal. 

 

Here's how to contact our support team: 

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
  5. Select between Send a messageSchedule an appointment, or Get a callback.

Let me shed light on the information you get when making a renewal.

 

What you see is a bank mandate letting you know that you can pay for a span of 3 years. You may disregard that one since you're not obliged to pay for 3 years for your QBO subscription. For more details, please contact our Support team. They have the tools to access your billing information.

Iam also facing the same issue? Is Quickbook going to block 36k? So confused. No T&C

I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They can give you the other options or desired plan for renewing your account.

 

Here's how to reach out to them:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Start a chat.
