1099-NEC is not lining up with form, how to change settings?

Nice to see you in the QuickBooks Community! Here are some steps to align and print the forms, follow the steps below:

1. Click Finish preparing 1099s.
2. Select I'll file myself.
3. Select 1099 form and print a sample page, then select either:
   • No, it doesn't line up: If the info does not line up the form correctly.
   • Yes, looks good!: If the form aligns properly.
   
4. Once the form is aligned, click Next.
5. Click Done to complete printing 1099.
