1099 printing is printing the full year. We only need the last 2 digits of the year printing on the form. How do I update this on the form.

Welcome to the Community, Dolphoffice. Allow me to share some details about the year format of your 1099 in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The 1099 form within the program only displays the full year. As a workaround, I suggest downloading the 1099 and editing the year outside the program.

Additionally, you can also run a 1099 report to see the overview of your contractors.
