Question

1099- We're fetching your data. I'm unable to get passed this message and retrieve my 1099's. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Upon checking, the investigation associated with the issue We're fetching your data in QuickBooks Self-Employed has been closed. Since you're experiencing the same problem, I recommend contacting our QBSE customer care support team. This way, they can further investigate this while ensuring your information remains secure. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Choose the Search tab and select Contact Us
  3. Click the Ask about something else tab. 
  4. In the What can we help you with? field, enter a brief description of your situation. 
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Choose which way you want to connect with us.
  • Have us call you - Get a call from a support expert.
  • Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.
