2022 M1 MacBook Pro Sonoma 14.0 invoice PDF appears correct on screen, shaded areas will print but Text Will Not Print. 2018 MacBook Pro works fine.

Safari troubleshoot tips don't work. Try print from Quickbooks: no text. Export PDF, Acrobat looks OK but says PDF document will not print. Make JPEG of PDF works 1 page at a time.

Allow me to share my insights as to why this is happening. 

 

There has been an investigation into printing issues in Sonoma when using PDF on a MAC. Our engineering team is already working to fix the issue at the moment. 

 

Although I cannot provide a specific timeline for the investigation's completion, I recommend you call our online support team to ensure that you are included in the list of affected users. Also, you will be notified via email once there is progress on this matter.

  1. At the top right, click Help. 
  2. To get started, choose what's best for you: 

 

  • Assistant: You can enter the topic you need help with, or enter some questions. And if you need further assistance, you can Talk to a human. 
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us to connect with a live agent.
