Question

3 employee profiles need your attention before you can pay them.But after I check there is no error on them. How to fix

When you encounter this message, it means there's information missing from the employee profiles. This can be checked from your Payroll screen. I'd recommend checking one more time to be sure on each of the 3 mentioned profiles.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. In your left navigation bar, go to Payroll, then Employees.
  2. Select an employee's name to access their profile.
  3. Review their Tax Withholding, Pay types, Payment Method, Deduction, and Contribution sections to confirm everything is entered properly.

 

You can also clear your browser's cached data and cookies to make sure this has nothing to do with your browsing application.

 

If you still don't see anything that needs attention in the 3 employee profiles, but continue encountering the message, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.

  1. Use the Help (?) icon.


     
  2. Click Contact Us.


     
  3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then hit Let's talk.


     
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a call.
