Hi there, @nvdgate11,

Some of your employees may have been exempt from paying 941 taxes. That's why your quarterly federal return does not equal with the unemployment contribution report.

If you need to adjust your taxes, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Payroll Team. This way, they'll be able to pull up your account and correct your payroll.

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Click Help at the top right.
  2. Select Contact us to connect with a live support agent.
  3. Enter a brief discussion of your concern, then click Continue.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.

Let me know how the call goes or start a new conversation by posting again here in the Intuit Community. We're always around whenever you need help.

QB on line explained it as some of the income is not claimed because of pre-tax and insurance payments
