Absence of way to for lawyers to enter Other Names, so a Conflicts List can be maintained.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I'm here to address your concern about entering Other Names in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to create your Conflict Check List.

There are several lists available in QBO that help organize and manage different aspects of your business. They play a vital role in categorizing and tracking various transactions. Currently, the lists are limited in the program, and we're unable to add Other Names.

In the meantime, you can explore third-party tools available in QBO that cater to your specific business requirements, thus streamlining your operational processes. Here's how to integrate:

1. Go to Apps and select Find Apps.
2. Search for a keyword in the search bar and press Enter.
3. Select an app and click Get app now to integrate.
   

While your desired feature is unavailable, I suggest conveying your feedback to our engineers. Doing so will enable them to evaluate your suggestion, which might be considered in forthcoming product enhancements. To do that, access the Gear icon and choose Feedback under Profile.

Moreover, you'll want to export your lists and other data from QBO to preserve and utilize your business information effectively.
