Access to Customer Middle name field in customer custom reports

In QuickBooks Online, we can include the Middle name column by personalizing the custom report to ensure you can view them.

1. Open the custom Customer report you have created.

2. Select the Columns option.

3. Click on More Columns.

4. Navigate to Customer, then click on Show More.

5. Ensure that the box for the Middle Name is checked.

First, try accessing your account in an incognito window to rule out any webpage issues. Here are the shortcut keys for opening an incognito window in different browsers:
