Accidental Import from CRM

Yikes! I accidentally imported pages of transactions rather than just a single transaction from our CRM this morning. The date range was for a couple of months so there is 12 pages of transactions that I would have to review and delete somehow if there isn't a bulk fix option. My last backup was 4 business days ago so I'd rather not go that route either. Is there a way to undo the most recent IIF import into QB Desktop?

In QuickBooks Desktop, there is no option to delete transactions in bulk, Chamber. I'll discuss more insights below.

You can only delete the imported transactions manually in QuickBooks Desktop. You can reach out or tap for help from an accountant using the Accountant version. You can also use some third-party applications designed to work with QuickBooks that offer features for bulk deletion of transactions.

Before making changes, always back up your QuickBooks company file. You can use this backup to restore your data in case of issues. For more information, check this guide: Back up your QuickBooks Desktop company file.

Additionally, you can enter transactions by batch in QuickBooks Desktop, saving you time recording transactions individually.
