Account Balance on Invoice Preview-How do I change this?

Currently, if I send a customer an invoice and they still have another invoice open/due the preview that appears in their email shows their total account balance, rather than the invoice amount for the specific invoice that I am sending. How do I change this so that each time I send a new invoice it only shows the amount due for that specific invoice in the email preview?

It's possible that you enable the account summary in the invoice template. Enabled the account will allow you to view the summary of your account. 

 

In order to verify, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Your Company, select Custom form styles.
  3. Select the specific Invoice.
  4. Choose Content.
  5. Then, uncheck the Show on Invoice.
  6. Select, Done.
