Accountant app not opening on iphone

Since Friday, the app won’t open. It logs in and then shuts down Customer service said they were working on it and to try Saturday but still no luck. It’s now Sunday

  2. Click on Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Select YES to confirm.
