Hello Community,

I am recently hired to do the bookkeeping for a client who has QBO but has 2 separate companies with separate FEINs.  I can see only one of the companies.  Does he send an invite to me for the other one so that I can see it as well?  Thank you.

Warm greetings, @Susan607. Your accountant needs to send you another invitation since he is managing separate companies.

When someone invites you to be their accountant, they must log in to their company account to grant you access. If they have multiple companies, they'll need to log in to each one separately to invite you as their accountant. This process ensures that you only have access to the specific company or companies that you have been authorized to provide accounting services.
