Is there a way to have invoices email directly to quickbooks or do you have to download each one from your computer can you download muutiple bills  at one time from your computer or only one at at time.

You can signup for a separate Melio account for free to integrate with QBO. You will create a specific email address and you can get bills sent directly to your Pay inbox. The app will scan and automatically add your bill for you to review and pay.
