Activity Log

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community, Kelsey. I'm happy to walk you through checking your activities under certain client in QuickBooks. 

To check your activity on your client's files, you'll need to select the client first on GO TO QUICKBOOKS ▼. Afterward, go to the Gear icon ⚙︎, and select Audit log. Then, choose your client on User ▼ to check and track your activities under them.

In addition, you can also undo a client’s reconciliation in QuickBooks Online Accountant.
