Adding/changing a credit card account in QB.

I have tried several times over the past two weeks to change a credit card connection with Chase Bank in QB so that I can download transactions, etc. The chase connection has worked for years and two of my cards with them connect fine. One card was recently reissued and I cannot get the change to be accepted by QB.

I have been on the phone with QB support and Chase Bank. Intuit makes the connection and sees the changes and even puts up a blurb saying everything is fine. QB, however, has an issue and will not see or accept the changes from intuit.

Needless to say that after being ripped off for more than double the annual QB fee, QB doesn't perform.

After confirming the account types, I recommend reconnecting the bank account by following these steps:

 

  1. In Banking, go to Bank feeds.
  2. Click Set up Bank Feeds for an account and Enter your Bank's name field.
  3. After that, choose your bank.
