Adding Hyperlink to email template QB Desktop Enterprise

There's no direct way to add hyperlinks to an invoice email template, @DOA12. I'm here to share the steps to submit a feature request to make it available.

Currently, you can only customize certain aspects of the invoice template, such as adding logos, changing colors, and rearranging fields. However, including clickable hyperlinks to it isn't possible.

In the meantime, you can visit the Apps for QuickBooks Desktop website to search for a third-party application that allows you to customize your invoice templates. Additionally, you can utilize customer reviews to determine which app is best suited for your business type and needs.

While this option is unavailable, I suggest sending your feedback to our product development team so they can review it and consider implementing it in the future. Here's how:

1. Click the Help menu located at the top.
2. Select Send Feedback Online, then click Product Suggestion.
3. Type in your feedback or feature request.
4. Click the Send Feedback button.
