I can help add jobs to your customer, @ToddW63.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), there are two ways to add jobs. We can either add jobs as sub-customer or use the Projects feature.

Here's how to ass sub-customer as jobs:

  1. Go to the Sales menu, and click Customer.
  2. Click New customer.
  3. Enter the job name on the Customer display name field.
  4. Tick Is a sub-customer, then connect it to the main customer.
  5. Check Bill to parent.
  6. Hit Save.

For Projects, it's similar to adding customers, but using this feature would allow us to easily track the jobs and invoice the customer.

Visit this article for the steps and details on how to do this: Set up and create projects in QuickBooks Online

Need to track your invoices and other entries through reports? I'll add this guide if you need help in the future: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
