Hi there, @JosetteB.
I'll share some information about how the Verify and Rebuild utility tools affect your data in QuickBooks Desktop.
The Verify and Rebuild tools help fix the data issues of your company file. It's possible that the created price override rules had a data issue that's why QuickBooks put the price back to regular after rebuilding the data. You can check out this article to know how the Verify and Rebuild tools are used: Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop.
If the issue persists after rebuilding your data, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can review this issue further and provide the best resolution to resolve this matter. To reach them, you can follow the steps below:
- Go to the Help icon and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Write your concerns in the description box, then select Continue.
- Select which one of the support options you'd like to use.
You can also check out this article for another way of reaching out to our support team and its support hours: QuickBooks Desktop Support.
